How rental periods work
- 1 Day: Pickup in the morning and return the same evening within the standard windows.
- Weekend (Fri-Sun): Pickup Friday morning and return Sunday evening.
- 1 Week: Pickup on the first day and return on the final day within the standard windows.
Pickup and return
Pickup is in Barangaroo, Central Sydney. This is a pickup-only service - no delivery. The exact address and access details are sent in your booking confirmation email. Please bring photo ID.
Pickup window: 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM
Return window: 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM
Deposit
A refundable $200 AUD security deposit is required for all bookings. It is returned after the machine is inspected and confirmed in good condition.
Cancellation
- More than 48 hours before pickup: full refund of the rental fee.
- 24 to 48 hours before pickup: 50% refund of the rental fee.
- Less than 24 hours before pickup: no refund of the rental fee.
